*I  am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Aetna PPO, and Medicare.

*I also accept HSA/FSA funds, and can provide you with a super bill to access your out-of-network benefits for other insurances.

*My fee for a standard weekly session is $180, and the initial intake is $200.  If you are not using insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate before beginning services.
